LATS AT THE LVII INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE MEXICAN SOCIETY OF NUTRITION AND ENDOCRINOLOGY
On November 23, LATS was present at the LVII International Congress of the Mexican Society of Nutrition and Endocrinology (20-24 / 11), in Veracruz, to a symposium to be held by members of the Society, including the president Gabriela Brenta.
Under the coordination of Dr. Alejandro Sosa Caballero, topics such as “Thyroid Hormones and Insulin” (Dr. Maria Tereza Nunez) were discussed; “Evolution of hypoparathyroidism by thyroidectomy” (Dr. Juan Pablo Dueñas) and “When subclinical hypothyroidism should be treated to reduce cardiovascular risk” (Dr. Gabriela Brenta).
During the meeting, Lats was invited to conduct a joint activity with the Mexican Department of Thyroid in 2018.
“This support received is a great opportunity to increase Lats’ international expressiveness, opening new doors for the Society to gain more members, “said Lats President Gabriela Brenta.
