Experts discuss Radiofrequency Thyroid Nodule Ablation at CBEM 2018

During the 33rd Brazilian Congress of Endocrinology and Metabolism (CBEM 2018), which will take place from August 7 to 11 in Belo Horizonte, classes will be held on Radiofrequency Thyroid Nodule Ablation with the participation of specialists Dr. Erivelto Volpi, from the Center of Oncology – German Hospital Oswaldo Cruz (SP), Integrated Unit of Tireoide – Hospital Santa Joana (SP); and Dr. Leonardo Rangel, coordinator of the ORL residency of Uerj and coordinator of the ORL and CCP of the Hospital Quinta D’or (RJ).

The presentations will take place at ExpoMinas Scientific Square (Av. Amazonas, 6,200 – Gameleira – BH), at 2:30 p.m., on August 10. The indications and contraindications of the technique, perspectives, as well as literature review and case discussion will be discussed.
